Lynia is a Senior Human Resources Professional with over 25 years of proven results.  Her diverse HR and Finance career spans a variety of business sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, engineering and not-for-profit.
 
Lynia is passionate about working with clients and helping them realize their potential particularly during difficult times which is when they truly need support.  She quickly builds relationships and trust with her clients allowing her to work with all levels within an organization.  Lynia is energized by helping people achieve their goals through one-on-one coaching.
 
Lynia holds a designation of Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), and Registered Recruiting Professional (RRP).  Lynia is also a Certified Internal Trainer, Certified Advanced Investigator with training in Advanced Alternate Dispute Resolution, Workplace Assessment/Restoration  and Advanced Techniques in Conducting Internal Workplace Investigations.  Lynia holds a certificate in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from Queens University.  Lynia is a volunteer board member of the Institute of Professional Management (IPM) and is a member of Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).
